By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked at checkout.

Product colours and details can vary slightly between screens and finished items. You are responsible for selecting the correct phone model and case type before ordering. Prices, availability and delivery estimates can change before an order is accepted.

Our phone cases are made to order. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order if payment is not authorised, information is incomplete, the item cannot be produced, fraud is suspected or fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or these terms.

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or copy DAYMOON artwork or other protected content without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAYMOON is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products.
